Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Bridlington and the local area, with easy parking right outside the door. The rooms are spacious and perfect for accommodating a large chocolate Labrador. However, the service was soured by an unhappy attitude and cleaning around guests. The dining had some issues with breakfast not meeting expectations despite being advertised as a full English, and the need to book meals in advance.
The hotel had some drawbacks with the rooms being a bit too hot and dated with some maintenance issues, but the service was exceptional with very helpful and friendly staff. The location offered convenience for touring the area, and the dining experience, while not perfect, had some good aspects. The overall value for money was decent under the current circumstances.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The service was truly lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful, plus they had three gorgeous dogs of their own! However, the room had some issues, like a strong smell of smoke and a shabby appearance. On the bright side, the location was ideal for us, being within easy reach of many seaside towns, and the ability to park right outside the door was a real bonus.
